Tim- Principal Broker
Tim began his career in Property Management in 1985. Over the last 30 years Tim has received his Real Estate license as a Principal Broker, certification from the Low Income Housing department of the State of Oregon and in 2002 received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Tim is currently an active member of several organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of Metro Multifamily Housing Association of Oregon (MMHA). Also in 2004, Tim has received his HCCP designation from the NAHB. In the past he has served with the Eugene Association of Realtors as a Fair Housing speaker, and has been a volunteer for St. Vincent de Paul as a Fair Housing instructor.
Monique- Owner/Business Manager
Monique began her career in Property Management 2004. Over the last 8 years she has worked for large and small Property Management companies in Eugene and Portland. Most recently she has worked as an on-site Manager for a LEED Platinum Multi-Family Apartment Community in Eugene and prior to that was an Assistant Property Manager for a local firm. Monique is the Business Manager for Eugene Commercial Property Management and will oversee all facets of the company.
